Our Management:
The Management team of CRI is lead by Doug Schmidt and Scott Anderson. Doug has been involved in the feedlot industry since the early 1970’s and Scott since the early 1980’s. Combining their broad bases of experiences provide a balance of tradition and innovation. With a general focus on assembling and developing the best team of people possible they have built a group of departmental leaders that excel in their respective areas.

Departmental Leaders:
Jeff Wagner oversees the daily details of caring for and feeding your cattle at CRI. Jeff has been with CRI for over 10 years. He skillfully coordinates actions between our animal health program and feed management to get your cattle settled in and consistently performing throughout the finishing phase. Bernardo Barbosa, another long-term employee is our Maintenance Foreman. He keeps the “wheels turning” all around the feedyard managing all maintenance and upkeep of our facility. Michelle Averhoff serves as Office Manager/Controller for both CRI and Midwest Feeders. Michelle and her team are eager to assist in any need you may have regarding your accounts with CRI.
