Our Management:
The Management team of CRI is lead by Doug Schmidt and Scott Anderson. Doug has been involved in the feedlot industry since the early 1970’s and Scott since the early 1980’s. Combining their broad bases of experiences provide a balance of tradition and innovation. With a general focus on assembling and developing the best team of people possible they have built a group of departmental leaders that excel in their respective areas.

Departmental Leaders:
Our daily Cattle and Feed activities are coordinated by two very talented individuals. Ryan Hines in the Cattle Department and Joel Tuxhorn on the feed side. These two guys work very well together to make sure their respective programs compliment the needs of your cattle – every day. Ryan is also the person to talk to if you have Age & Source qualifying cattle. Bernardo Barbosa is the Maintenance Foreman at CRI. Basically, Bernardo keeps the “wheels turning” all around the yard by managing all maintenance and upkeep of our facility. Michelle Averhoff serves as Controller for both CRI and Midwest Feeders. Michelle and her team are eager to assist in any need you may have regarding your accounts with CRI.
